About Me ...

I am a systemic coach and accompany people in transitions - young people from 15, families, and adults - in private as well as professional life phases.

My focus areas lie in trauma-sensitive and resource-oriented support. I work with individuals, teams, and family systems - online or in person in the Munich area.

Every person has a story. So do I. My story makes me who I am today. It is the foundation for my work as a coach today - and enables me to accompany you.

I am adopted and know the themes of not being seen, not being wanted, not belonging, not being good enough from my own experience.

Throughout my life, I have engaged with relationship dynamics - in friendships, groups, romantic relationships, and families - and have developed my own resources and strategies in the process.

Later, I came to systemic work - a method rooted in family therapy. That it suits me doesn't surprise me: It addresses exactly the themes that have shaped me.

Today I live well with all my parts.

I had the chance to encounter myself. That required space. Exactly this space is now the heart of my work.

How We Work Together ...

We embark together on a journey to the resources that already exist within you. We create a space where your life experiences and relationships can be explored mindfully and recurring patterns can become visible without being judged. Here, hidden potentials can unfold and new possibilities reveal themselves.

In our appreciative dialogue, your own competencies become visible. You recognize what's already there, and we work together to expand your options for action.

For Young People

You're facing big decisions, feel expectations from all sides, and sometimes wonder who you actually want to be? You're not alone with these thoughts.

Here it's about you. Your thoughts, your feelings, your future. You decide what we talk about.

Situations that bring young people to me:

• The pressure to find the "right" path

• Conflicts between your wishes and others' expectations

• Relationships - with friends, family, first partnerships

• The feeling of not knowing who you really are

• Future anxieties and feeling directionless

• The desire for more independence

• You know what escapism is or seek refuge in distractions

For Families

Families are living systems - like a mobile where every movement makes all others oscillate. When you change, the whole family feels it. But you alone cannot realign the entire mobile.

Situations that bring families to me:

• Parents and teenagers can't find common ground anymore

• Constant sibling conflicts burden family life

• Major changes like moving, separation, job loss challenge the entire family

• Difficult patchwork constellations

• Unresolved old conflicts that keep surfacing in the here and now

• The feeling of not being seen or understood

Some come to me alone, others bring the whole family. Both approaches are right. During the coaching sessions, it usually becomes clear who else might want or need to be included.

For Adults

I offer coaching sessions online and in person.

Online Coaching Sessions provide flexibility and spontaneity in scheduling. Many of my clients value this format highly and wouldn't want to miss it anymore.

In-Person Coaching Sessions have the advantage that we can work well with multiple people together. Many appreciate the personal contact. You can find me in villages (Landkreis Erding) and in Munich.
